Our experience: Every student has certain strengths and certain weaknesses. Make the student realise how to take advantage of the strengths and convert weaknesses to challenges. Make the student more and more determined to achieve his placement or job. Once the student decides to get a job, nobody can stop him or her. This is possible only when a student is given individual attention. The Principal Mentor personally mentors the students. Only Two batches in a day.


Our Learnings: There is no point in putting all the techniques or the methods in this page, because we firmly believe that, what works for Anjali may not work for Asmitha and what works for Rohith may not work for Nandu. It has to be person centric.

Profile

The Trainer K Venkateshwar Rao, has about 20+ yrs of experience. He is a Gold Medalist. He cleared the All India PO’s written exam in 1994 and went on to work with various Corporate Organizations/Banks. His last designation was Regional Manager. During his official tenure he had recruited over 100 people and interviewed over 500. Based on his Corporate Experience, he was offered a role in Academics to improve Industry Academia Collaboration. He worked for CIHL/MSIT division of International Institute of Information Technology, IIIT Hyderabad and in School of Information Technology, Jawarharlal Nehru Technological University JNTUH Campus, KPHB. Teaching/mentoring is his PASSION . His mission, objective, purpose, goal is to do everything possible so that the students get placed or to help them get jobs.
